Project
overview
Complete design and refurbishment of a palatial apartment being
part of a 6 storey building constructed in the nineteenth century.
We worked closely with the client on this project to design a home
that made best use of the living space available without loosing
the original period feel and features of the property. The apartment
was to be filled with many items of antique furniture requiring
highly sensitive climate control equipment and discrete cabling
for the most up-to-date technology and services. Roseland Restoration
managed the whole project on a design and build basis, liasing with
the Estate Manager and local authorities to gain building regulations
and landlord approval. Continued
