Project
summary
The installation of air-conditioning
presented a particular challenge because of restricted head height
and floor voids that were not large enough for trunking. The problem
was resolved by creating features and building bespoke joinery items
around the installation.
Many items of joinery were designed
and constructed to match the style of particular pieces of antique
furniture that the client owned.
Creation
of new bathrooms comprising decorative marble floors, shower enclosure,
bath panelling and surround. Other bathrooms given a modern treatment
with mosiac tiles and glass/chrome fittings.
Handmade
cherry kitchen including Burlington Slate floor, Antico slatted
plank floor and lighting system.
Complete
internal redecoration and refurbishment to all rooms including marble
floors with decorative borders to reception areas.
