Project
overview
Ground-up restoration and refurbishment of a brick built
two storey 1880s property, which had many structural problems
including suspected bomb damage from the last war. Working closely
with the client and appointed engineers, forty structural steels
were used to reinforce the existing structure and provide the necessary
strength to create two bedrooms and a bathroom in the roof space.
A large conservatory to the rear is now the main focus of the ground
floor space.
