Project
summary
The
property required forty steels to support the existing structure
and create the necessary framework to create two bedrooms and a
bathroom in the old loft space.
By
redefining the layout of the building and creating new areas the
property now enjoys more useable rooms. The imaginative use of colour
has added to the feeling of space.
The internal decoration was designed as a
blend of nineteenth century traditional with modern styles and features
to informal family living areas.
Installation of a handmade kitchen using natural finishes
including veneered maple doors, granite work surfaces and ceramic
tile flooring running through to the large adjoining conservatory
which creates a light and airy feel to the rear section of the property.
