Sitting Room
The open plan sitting room has double doors leading out to the patio area and garden beyond. The room is furnished with two sofas providing comfortable seating for six adults and has a colour television with Freeview and Hi-Fi. The dining area has a table and seating for six people. The room has a home-from-home feel with attractive pictures with a Cornish theme, a good mix of books in the bookcase and children's games and books. Information about the area and local attractions is included for your convenience.

Kitchen area
The kitchen comprises a good range of units carefully selected for the convenience of the visitor. The cooking area includes a hob and oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave plus all of the usual electrical appliances. The washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron are located in a separate utility area next to the bathroom.

Master bedroom
The master bedroom enjoys dual aspect windows ensuring a bright and cheerful feel. The room comprises a large double bed, twin bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. A hairdyer is included.

Bedroom two
This attractive room benefits from twin glazed doors that open out on to the garden. The bedroom offers twin bed accommodation, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.

Family bathroom
The family bathroom is well appointed and finished to a very high standard.

All towels, sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers are included in the price.

Outside
The paved patio area is accessed via the double glazed doors from the living room, and provides the perfect spot for alfresco dining at any time of the year – well nearly! Garden furniture and umbrella are included. The sheltered garden beyond is set to lawn with attractive shrubs and flower and vegetable beds.
